Technical Support Engineer - Ecom

Overview

Technical Support Engineer for Adyen’s Ecom merchants, acting as a first interface and providing direct technical support across the merchant lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Support merchants’ full lifecycle with direct technical support.
• Serve as a key knowledge source on Adyen platform and APIs.
• Advise merchants on best implementation practices.
• Address specific merchant issues and perform API troubleshooting.
• Track product processes and feed back merchant feedback and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Adyen (technical and commercial).

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of professional experience in technology support & operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to deliver a seamless merchant support experience across the globe/time zones.
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
• Affinity with API troubleshooting, Postman, and internet technologies.
• Knowledge of technical processes including HTML/JavaScript/scripting.
• Self-driven productivity with minimal supervision and accountability.

• Previous exposure to environments rich in uncertainty.

Details

• This role is based out of the Bengaluru office.
• Hybrid work policy: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
• Adyen operates 24/7 using a follow-the-sun principle.
