Overview
As Technician IV, Manufacturing (Process Technician), you support production quality, process optimization, and equipment qualification in the manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Perform KIV checks on tool critical parameters such as clamping speed and picker teaching.
- Conduct equipment qualifications following setup and conversion activities.
- Support yield improvement initiatives led by process engineers.
- Assist with experimental builds and engineering trials.
- Resolve quality issues for internal and external customers.
- Participate in ASM line OCAP activities and address backend feedback.
- Build test pieces for line maintenance.
What you'll need
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field including Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Technology, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology, or related studies.
- At least 4 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of equipment setup, qualification, tool conversion, and process verification activities.
- Understanding of equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and quality issue resolution.
- Ability to perform equipment qualification after setup, model, or configuration changes while following established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
