Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement, defining solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. The role is an SME who manages a team and is responsible for team decisions.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.
• Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions and contribute on key decisions across multiple teams.
• Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

What you'll need

• Must have skill: Agentic Design.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agentic Design.
• 15 years full time education is required.
• Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural frameworks.
• Experience in developing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and technology stacks relevant to platform development.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
