What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components into cohesive solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce platforms with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce environments.
• Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to enhance system capabilities.
