VP – Solution Architect – Process Re-engineering CoE

Overview

Lead the definition of standards, reusable solution patterns and reference architecture for process transformation and automation within M&G's Process Re-engineering Centre of Excellence.

What you'll do

• Rapidly understand the technology landscape within the enterprise, including key IT systems, data platforms and interconnections.
• Identify key stakeholders and build credibility and rapport.
• Define standards and guidelines for process transformation/automation solution architecture.
• Socialize the standards and guidelines with stakeholders in India and globally.
• Identify and document reusable solutions and solution patterns.
• Develop Reference Architecture for process transformation/automation solution patterns.
• Ensure implementation of best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to implementation squads.
• Be a role model and lead by example in demonstrating the organization's values and principles.
• Ensure any solutions being designed meet M&G standards.
• Play an active role in the technology community for learning and sharing.
