Overview

Technology Architect role responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement, defining solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components into cohesive solutions.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Must have proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various enterprise systems and platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application within ServiceNow environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges to maintain system integrity and performance.
