Overview

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components as a Technology Support Engineer, ensuring operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs), maintain knowledge base articles, and collaborate with vendors and service management teams on issue analysis and resolution.

• Perform independently and become an SME.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
• Participate in developing and refining operational procedures to improve service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and security principles.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues across diverse environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• 15 years of full-time education.
