Technology Support Engineer role focused on resolving incidents and problems to maintain operational stability across business system components.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems affecting business system components to ensure stable operations.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) to minimize disruption.
• Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors and service management teams for issue analysis and resolution.
• Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance team capabilities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Experience with incident and problem management in integrated business systems.
• Ability to create and manage RFC and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issue analysis.
• Familiarity with operational stability practices and service management frameworks.
