Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Provide technology and SD-WAN support by resolving incidents, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining operational stability. Work with clients, vendors, and service management teams on issue analysis and resolution.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems across business system components.
• Implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles.
• Provide technical support and resolve system or application issues.
• Design and deploy SD-WAN networks.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Work independently and contribute to team discussions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• SD-WAN operations and implementation experience.
• Basic networking skills in routing and switching.
• At least four listed SD-WAN technologies, including Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SD-WAN, Fortinet SD-WAN, CATO SD-WAN, Versa SD-WAN, or HPE Silverpeak.
• Knowledge of network protocols, configurations, ITIL, and monitoring tools.
• Expert certifications and strong communication skills.
