Technology Support Engineer

Overview

As a Technology Support Engineer, you will resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability, and act as an SME for your team.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC).
• Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and service improvements.
• Lead efforts to document and share knowledge to support team efficiency and reduce incident resolution times.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions; provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data flows and system performance.
• Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and integration points.
• Capability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and operational stability.
