Territory Business Manager

Overview

Territory Business Manager responsible for driving DG activities, meeting sales and liquidation targets, and managing distributor/retailer execution across the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Lead DG and ensure achievement of liquidation targets.
• Act as a knowledge hub on crop, pest, competition, and farmer practices.
• Drive market penetration and share growth through distributors and retailers.
• Track distributor/retailer performance vs. POs and ensure timely collections and account reconciliation.
• Monitor product movement from distributor to retailer to farmer and ensure accurate liquidation, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Oversee DG activities such as farmer meetings and field days.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the agro-input industry.
• Good communication (oral and written) in English and a local language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capability to achieve sales targets while maintaining control of the market.
• Strong commercial acumen, including understanding margin structure.
