Distributor Business Manager - East- Bhubaneswar

Overview

Distributor Business Manager (East – Bhubaneswar) responsible for revenue, volume, and profitability growth in a designated territory through distributor and retail direct execution.

What you'll do

• Drive profitable volume and revenue growth by implementing the company sales strategy via distributors and retail direct accounts.
• Develop a team of competent DSR, FMR, and SO.
• Ensure selling and service routines through distributors are executed effectively (“auto pilot”).
• Achieve targets for revenue, reach, and profitability.
• Drive customer advocacy among key retailers and workshops for Castrol.
• Conduct monthly distributor performance reviews and create/exeute action plans for underperformance.
• Use CRM tools and digital tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Castrol Insights, TurfView) for territory management.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in channel sales; managing distributors is essential.
• Experience in third-party management and distributor management and bazar trade.
• Ability to drive a four-wheeler for work; hold a valid four-wheeler driving license.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Degree in engineering/technology in Mechanical/Automobile/chemical/Production/Electrical is desirable.
• Leading people competency (as stated in requirements).
