Territory Manager - Soft Tissue Implant

Overview

Territory Manager for Medtronic's Soft Tissue Implant products, selling within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts. This is a sales professional individual contributor role managing multiple small to mid-size accounts with general supervision.

What you'll do

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop, build and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities.
• Implement market development plans and strategies and change them as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• Recommend changes in account tactics to achieve sales goals.
• Work with sales, marketing and finance to structure complex contracts.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
