Overview

Lead client service workstreams within PwC's Managed Services practice at Acceleration Center Kolkata, overseeing outsourced finance processes, client interaction, data review, quality checks and escalation handling.

What you'll do

• Lead outsourced finance service workstreams and coordinate team priorities across client support activities
• Manage client service delivery for data review, enrichment, processing, and transaction handling
• Coach team members on process execution, quality controls, and issue resolution methods
• Review financial documents, account records, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor quality control procedures, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Develop process documentation and workflow updates to support consistent service delivery
• Handle escalations, client queries, and complaint resolution within defined service timelines
• Use digital tooling and data quality assessments to improve operational performance and service consistency
• Track service metrics and report on delivery progress, risks, and recurring issues
• Apply compliance review methods and technical standards across managed services activities

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
