Overview

Process and review safety documents in trial master file (TMF) systems, supporting document quality, indexing, and timely processing for clinical trials.

What you'll do

• Process TMF documents according to documentation practices and readiness criteria.
• Review document types, properties, and indexing requirements.
• Check document completeness, indexing, and scanning accuracy.
• Process documents in TMF systems within required timelines.
• Resolve document inquiries and discrepancies with document owners and study owners.
• Escalate issues to TMF leadership and operations teams.
• Contribute to TMF process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in central file management for clinical trials.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO in a similar role.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP document requirements.
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn and use various systems.
