TPM + RGM Process & BI Analyst-Senior Associate-Bangalore

Overview

You’ll be a TPM + RGM Process & BI Analyst (Senior Associate) in PwC’s Commercial & Service Excellence practice, supporting customer-focused strategies and initiatives.

What you'll do

• Assess current-state trade promotion, rebate, accruals, deductions, claims, reporting, and revenue management processes.
• Define future-state TPM/RGM operating models, business requirements, process controls, and performance KPIs.
• Support design, build, and implementation of TPM, RGM, and BI solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Develop analytics and reporting for promotion planning, trade spend, forecast accuracy, accruals, payments, and post-event performance.
• Analyze client needs and develop customer-centric solutions to improve customer experience and drive business growth.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of prior relevant work experience in a Pricing/Sales/Analytics Strategy role.
• Knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) including customer/product master data, funds management, and promotion planning.
• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) including net revenue management levers and margin waterfall.
• Experience with process design/business analysis such as as-is/to-be mapping, requirements gathering, and KPI definition.
• BI/analytics capability including data quality checks, dashboard/report design, and KPI visualization.
• Skilled with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience and exposure to a multinational environment.
• Exposure to TPM/RGM platforms such as SAP TPM, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Vistex, or Anaplan.
• Working knowledge of SQL; exposure to Python/R.
• Hands-on expertise with BI & analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Experience in consumer markets/CPG.
