Business Intelligence Analyst (Hotel Revenue Data)

Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst for hotel revenue data, you’ll support the GBP team by defining and delivering data needs and creating BI solutions for enterprise stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Build ad hoc reports, transaction volume reports, and monthly dashboards with key metrics.
• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions for enterprise stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain highly complex database models.
• Manage data infrastructure and produce reports and insights on supplier performance.
• Communicate analytical insights to lay audiences.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in SQL query writing, data manipulation, and data cleansing.
• Practical knowledge of ETL/data sourcing into a reliable enterprise data set.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, macros, and VBA.
• Experience in BI development using Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine learning and general AI concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
