Trainee Specialist - Product Management Associate

Overview

Trainee Specialist in Product Management supporting third-party software customers, order and license management, software release, and data analysis for Infineon.

What you'll do

• Solve technical and license-related issues and queries for third-party software.
• Manage the Software Request Team inbox, solving queries in the back office or routing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage invoice creation for resellers together with the Finance team.
• Provide OITC and SAP system support to stakeholders.
• Organize and provide training to new colleagues as required.
• Analyse required data sets, create visualizations and provide insights.
• Manage the software provisioning tool, including customer access, license key tracking and automation of provisioning data analysis.
• Support migration to the Infineon Developer Center tool.
• Ensure software packages released from R&D are uploaded to the provisioning tool and communicated to all stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of embedded software products.
• Knowledge of procurement processes.
