Training Lab Content Engineer

Overview

Training Lab Content Engineer focused on designing and delivering advanced, hands-on networking training labs aligned to training outcomes.

What you'll do

• Support the design and delivery of moderately to highly complex training lab environments for advanced technical audiences.
• Develop lab topologies and supporting technologies using multiple learning solutions.
• Manage lab environments with minimal preparation time and provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide coaching across multiple content domains.
• Incorporate real-world business scenarios to help learners apply concepts practically.

What you'll need

• Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).
• Typically has 5-10+ years of experience in training delivery or a related role.
• Typically has 5-10+ years of experience in presentation, facilitation, and consulting.
• Has hands-on experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, security, and network automation.
• Has practical experience with cloud networking, data center technologies, and network security.
• Has familiarity with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and solutions.

• Work mode is Onsite with primary work from an HPE office.
