Transfer Agency, Associate 2

Overview

Transfer Agency Associate 2 responsible for creating or amending shareholder/investor databases in a TA system and supporting day-to-day transfer agency operations and client services.

What you'll do

• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for investors.
• Respond to client, investor, and intermediary queries via email, phone, or written correspondence.
• Maintain and update investor records with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with client due diligence, document verification, and transaction monitoring for AML/compliance.
• Participate in quality control checks and audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvement and system enhancements; support team projects.

What you'll need

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or financial services.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Mutual Fund and Capital Market knowledge is noted as an added advantage.
