Treasury/ Payment Application Support – Swift/TRAX/Quantum – 1-3 Yrs – 24/5 Rotational Shift

Overview

Provide functional application support for treasury and payment products, monitoring payment and statement lifecycles and resolving client issues in a rotational shift environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor payment and statement lifecycles.
• Resolve issues raised by clients.
• Support FIS treasury and payment solutions.
• Recreate and document client issues.
• Troubleshoot problems to support product quality.
• Document standard operating procedures for daily operations.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of client services experience in a treasury, banking, or financial environment.
• Understanding of SWIFT confirmations including MT300 and MT5XX.
• Understanding of SWIFT payment messages including MT101, MT202, MT210, and ISO Pain XML.
• Knowledge of bank statements including MT9XX and CAMT53.
• Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, accounting, bank reconciliation, settlements, and payments.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Remedy or SNOW and incident management.
• Strong client interaction, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with FIS Trax, Quantum, or another Treasury Management System.
• Basic understanding of IT tools, servers, and database architecture.
