US IT Recruiter – Emerging AI Roles

Overview

Findem is hiring a Bangalore-based IT Recruiter to fill new AI-created roles for clients, such as Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Enablement Specialist and AI Governance, working directly with US hiring managers on ambiguous, first-time searches.

What you'll do

• Work directly with US hiring managers to define the ideal candidate for each search.
• Find candidates whose experience fits even when their title does not.
• Present a slate every week that gets sharper with each round of feedback.
• Use Claude and Findem's agents to move fast while applying your own judgment, relationships and conviction.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work type: Full-time, on-site.
• Shift: US shift, aligned to US hiring managers' business hours (evening to early morning IST).
