Value Consultant

Overview

As a Value Consultant, you create compelling, data-driven presentations and business cases that communicate the value customers gain by choosing and continuing with Motive.

What you'll do

• Support sales and customer success with data-driven customer presentations and business cases.
• Analyze client data to explain value and influence customer decisions.
• Conduct company and problem analysis by integrating data and external research.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to help convince customers to transition to Motive.
• Use Google Suite/Excel and data visualization tools to derive insights and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build clear, visually engaging slides by identifying impactful data points.
• Adapt analysis and presentations as business and product/customer needs change.

What you'll need

• 5 years of experience in strategy/financial consulting, data analytics, sales support, business intelligence, or a value role.
• Excellent presentation storytelling using data and data visualization principles.
• Excel expertise in building professional spreadsheets understandable for non-technical users.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for client-facing presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience.
• Experience with Python.
