Overview

Lead origination, structuring and end-to-end execution of debt syndication transactions for the Syndication franchise across India and the Middle East, within DBS Bank's Corporate and Investment Banking group.

What you'll do

• Lead the origination, structuring, and end-to-end execution of debt syndication transactions.
• Drive revenue growth and business development for the Syndication franchise across India and the Middle East.
• Utilize network and access to Indian banks to effectively distribute syndicated deals.
• Collaborate with coverage, product, and risk teams across different geographies to deliver comprehensive financing solutions.
• Provide market insights, pricing benchmarks, and structuring advice to clients and internal partners.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience in loan syndication, with a proven track record of leading deals across credit profile/structured deals.
• In-depth knowledge of the syndication landscape, including expertise in Foreign Currency (FCY) and Indian Rupee (INR) transactions.
• Established relationships and access to Indian banks and financial institutions for deal distribution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and adaptability to work effectively within a multi-geographic and multicultural team.
• Strong financial analysis, structuring, and credit assessment capabilities.
