VP Engineering / Head of Technology leading the technology strategy and execution for TechGrove, including building and scaling a remote-first technology team.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the technology strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead adoption and practical deployment of AI across the business.
- Drive technology initiatives for operational maturity over the first 12 months.
- Guide platform evolution, including assessing legacy retirement and private cloud migration.
- Strengthen security and regulatory compliance and support long-term platform evolution.
- Build organizational maturity and develop technical leadership within the team.
What you'll need
- Lead technology organizations with a proven track record of developing fully remote teams across time zones.
- Demonstrate success identifying, deploying, and scaling AI capabilities with measurable outcomes.
- Have a proven history defining technology strategy and delivering transformational execution.
- Be comfortable discussing business strategy, customer outcomes, regulatory requirements, and commercial priorities.
- Have the ability to balance innovation, risk, cost, and delivery to create sustainable value.
- Have strategic thinking, leadership capability, and adaptability to quickly understand the environment.
