VP, Global Pre-Sales

Overview

Lead Rimini Street’s worldwide pre-sales organization and serve on the CRO leadership team. Drive win rates, deal progression, value-based selling, and effective support for strategic enterprise opportunities.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic enterprise pursuits from qualification through close.
• Own the global pre-sales strategy and operating model.
• Direct pre-sales capacity toward high-potential opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop global pre-sales leaders and architects.
• Represent the company in executive customer and industry engagements.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve solution design, commercial alignment, and delivery readiness.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of enterprise technology or services experience.
• Significant leadership experience in global or multi-region pre-sales or comparable technical sales.
• Experience leading pre-sales organizations contributing to quota attainment and profitable revenue growth.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise deals, including mid-six-figure and seven-figure transactions.
• Experience selling enterprise software, technology services, managed services, support services, or security services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and procurement leaders.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP enterprise environments.
• Advanced degree.

Details

• Remote role in the United States.
• Up to 50% travel based on business needs.
• Salary range: $190,000–$280,000 plus commission.
