Senior Staff Software Engineer, Mobile

Overview

Senior Staff Software Engineer, Mobile (iOS) is an apex technical leadership role for ServiceTitan’s iOS platform, setting long-term technical vision and guiding architecture across the mobile organization.

What you'll do

• Define and own the multi-year technical vision for the iOS platform.
• Lead design of next-generation mobile frameworks and foundational systems for field technicians.
• Partner with executive/VP teams across product, design, data, and backend to shape roadmaps.
• Act as the definitive iOS technical authority and own the highest-stakes architectural decisions.
• Evaluate emerging Apple frameworks and industry trends to guide strategic technical investments.
• Architect integrations with backend services via GraphQL.
• Champion and evolve The Composable Architecture (TCA) across iOS engineering.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience at scale.
• 12+ years of mobile application development experience with deep iOS specialization at senior engineering levels.
• Expert-level mastery of Swift, including performance and idiomatic design.
• Proven experience defining and delivering architecture for large-scale mobile platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL and scalable data access patterns.
• Deep command of TCA, including shared state patterns and modular decomposition.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
