Overview
Warehouse Co-ordinator responsible for updating warehouse/logistics data systems, processing shipments and orders, managing inventory transactions, and producing regular warehouse reports.
What you'll do
- Assist with daily warehouse and shipping activities, including filling and shipping customer orders.
- Ensure shipment accuracy and supporting documentation completeness.
- Receive incoming materials and route items to appropriate area or personnel.
- Fill work orders from production, package assemblies, and receive into finished goods.
- Log inventory transactions accurately and oversee cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Deliver supplies and equipment to departments via SAP system transfers.
- Produce regular reports and statistics (e.g., IN/OUT status and dead stock reports).
- Monitor warehouse expenditures by providing annual budget information and implementing corrective actions for variances.
What you'll need
- Graduation from college in accounting, logistics, business administration, or a relevant field.
- English written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- At least 3 years of working experience, including good 2 years of logistics experience.
- Understanding of relevant law and realistic practice.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills for warehouse-related issues with third parties and sales team.
Details
- May take job rotation and business travel when requested by Logistics Manager and Country General Manager.
