About the Job

We are hiring for a Web Chat Domestic role on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will handle customer interactions through web chat channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. You’ll work as part of a BPO-style team focused on customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and maintaining chat quality standards throughout each shift. Your ability to communicate clearly, follow processes, and manage conversations efficiently will be key to success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via web chat with speed, clarity, and empathy.
• Provide accurate information by following SOPs and policy guidelines.
• Resolve issues such as account/help requests, order/support concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain high-quality chat conversations while meeting daily productivity targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the concerned team with complete and correct details.
• Document interactions in the appropriate systems to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
• Adhere to compliance and confidentiality requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve response quality and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in BPO Chat or chat-based customer support is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with correct grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Ability to type accurately and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
• Comfort working with customer support tools, knowledge bases, and ticketing/CRM systems.
• Good problem-solving mindset and the ability to follow defined processes.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
• Willingness to work OnSite in Chennai as per shift requirements.
