Workday Finance - Associate

Overview

Support Workday Finance client engagements by analyzing requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for Workday finance applications within PwC's Digital Core Modernization and Workday practices.

What you'll do

• Support Workday Finance client engagements by gathering requirements and translating them into system tasks
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and validation of Workday Financial Management and reporting capabilities
• Analyze financial processes and data to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Prepare documentation, status updates, and functional materials for project teams and client stakeholders
• Participate in application support activities across finance transformation efforts and issue resolution efforts
• Learn and apply Workday finance tools, implementation methods, and technical standards across assigned tasks
• Contribute to training materials and user support for finance teams adopting new Workday functionality
• Collaborate across project tasks to support timely delivery, issue tracking, and quality of work

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
• Demonstrating Workday Financials support across client engagements and project tasks
• Applying accounting, reporting, and finance process knowledge in Workday environments
• Gathering requirements, asking questions, and translating details into system tasks
• Adapting to changing priorities while delivering dependable work for teams
• Learning finance transformation concepts and using feedback to grow
• Using analytical thinking to interpret data and identify patterns
