Overview

As an AES Workday Recruiting / Talent Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst)-Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within PwC’s Technology Consulting practice. You will support client needs through Workday Human Capital and contribute to Application Evolution Services - Workday engagements.

What you'll do

• Manage and support Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Recruiting implementations for clients.
• Conduct business analysis to identify client needs and recommend solutions for human resources transformation.
• Utilize analytical thinking to improve business processes and enhance organizational management.
• Lead project management efforts, including project budgeting and workforce planning, to achieve client objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic human resource planning and talent management initiatives.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new HR policies and systems.
• Engage in benefits administration and employee relations investigations to support client HR functions.
• Leverage workforce analytics to provide insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Facilitate employee engagement surveys and develop strategies to enhance organizational culture.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Analyze complex problems, maintain professional standards, anticipate the needs of teams and clients, and deliver quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting.
• Analytical thinking for business process improvement.
• Experience managing human resources transformation projects effectively.
• Strategic human resource planning and talent management.
• Experience embracing change and fostering organizational development.
