Project Specialist Learning

Overview

Manage end-to-end learning projects, learning content creation, and workshop development. Support the adoption, execution, and management of complex global learning programs.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable project timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment and timely execution of learning requests.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project execution and process efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning projects, including translation activities, stakeholder communications, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Process Service Now requests according to procedures in a timely manner.
• Prepare and communicate project updates, progress reports, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
• Perform independently while being a good team player.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant industry.
• Stakeholder management.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Project Management experience.
• Learning Management Systems.
• Instructional designing.
• Postgraduate degree in management, computer, science or life sciences.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written.
