Workforce Services Analyst

Overview

Workforce Services Analyst role focused on Workforce Management (WFM) processes such as scheduling, forecasting, monitoring, capacity planning, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage WFM processes including scheduling, forecasting, real-time monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, PMO, Reporting, MIS) to align workforce strategies with business goals.
• Act as an SME for WFM tools and methodologies to achieve optimal staffing and service levels.
• Use AWS cloud solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation of WFM processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across WFM reports and dashboards.
• Provide actionable insights to Ops Managers or Leads.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Any Graduation.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL for WFM reporting and data manipulation.
• Experience with Excel-based scheduling models and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of WFM concepts and tools.
• Experience with WFM activities such as scheduling, real-time analytics (RTAs), capacity planning, and forecasting.
