Data QA Associate

Overview

Data QA Associate for a growing e-commerce insights product in India, focused on managing data cleaning and quality assurance.

What you'll do

• Transform receipt data into accurate business expense insights.
• Extract, label, and clean data from English emails to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Monitor and analyze merchant and vendor data trends, including categorizing emails and identifying trends.
• Maintain stability of merchant and vendor data by investigating anomalies like drops or spikes in volume.
• Collaborate with teams in China and the U.S. to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Respond to analysts and clients’ requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company data security and confidentiality policies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 0 - 2 years of experience as a data or quality assurance analyst.
• Experience in data tagging and cleaning.
• Experience with Regex.
• Ability to manage multiple processes in parallel.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Proficiency/familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python.

Details

• Location: India (remote).
• Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm IST.
• Expected start: as soon as possible, no later than May 5, 2025.
