Overview

Provide loss control services to clients by assessing hazards, recommending controls, supporting safety program implementation, and delivering safety training. The role includes regular onsite client work and frequent domestic travel.

What you'll do

• Conduct hazard assessments for underwriting and policy decisions.
• Perform onsite safety surveys and client interviews.
• Evaluate client controls for hazards and operational exposures.
• Develop health and safety programs and support implementation.
• Prepare recommendations to mitigate hazards and exposures.
• Investigate significant accidents and coordinate claim follow-up.
• Provide OSHA guidance, safety services, and client training.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety and health.
• College degree or equivalent experience, skills, or education preferred.
• OSHA 510 / 511 certification.
• University-designated safety certificate or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
