Account Executive - Federal

Overview

Drive new-business sales and expand Celonis's footprint across the U.S. public sector, with a focus on federal government accounts. Lead complex enterprise software sales from prospecting through deal closure.

What you'll do

• Develop new business opportunities within assigned federal accounts.
• Build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
• Assess account needs and communicate relevant solution value.
• Manage prospecting, qualification, engagement, needs analysis, proposals, and deal closure.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
• Partner with consulting firms, SaaS providers, and Big4 firms.
• Coordinate with business development, value engineering, partner management, and marketing teams.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of successful SaaS sales experience.
• Experience expanding existing business and cultivating new business.
• 5 years of experience selling to the federal government.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Experience selling enterprise software applications to C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs, including Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience collaborating with consulting or enterprise technology partners.

Details

• Full-time schedule.
• Remote role in Washington, D.C., United States.
• Base salary: $163,000–$193,000 USD yearly.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered.
