Account Executive – Field Sales

Overview

Account Executive – Field Sales responsible for managing named accounts and enterprise customers across selling, customer success, and support. The role covers the customer lifecycle from requirements and implementation through adoption, expansion, and paid conversion.

What you'll do

• Expand outreach through existing contacts and new opportunities with BDR support.
• Manage customer follow-up, pipeline, and quotas.
• Work with the Growth team to increase product awareness.
• Guide customers through implementation plans and drive adoption and paid conversion.
• Share customer feedback and feature requests with Product and Engineering.
• Create content and refine scripts for customer engagement.
• Maintain pipeline and account data in the CRM.

What you'll need

• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational or professional experience.
• Named account, customer success, account management, or related experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Collaboration, follow-up, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of customer journeys and product-development feedback loops.
• Some technical knowledge of cloud-based SaaS implementations and integrations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
