Account Manager

Overview

Business development role in commercial real estate, focused on identifying new business opportunities for South India based clients with a cross border real estate portfolio.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market through research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, brokers and city leads.
• Drive sales initiatives and oversee transactions to ensure client satisfaction and increase repeat business.
• Ideate compelling presentations for sales pitches.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enable business strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for receiving and passing on leads for the firm's larger objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market conditions.
• Develop business-related materials, proposals, and case studies to support clients.
• Stay current with relevant commercial real estate transaction and market intelligence for relevant insights to occupiers.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Preferably within the commercial real estate sector.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Understanding of commercial real estate market trends, laws, and practices.
• Ability to foster relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders to mine requirements.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across borders.
