Key Account Manager – Associate – MMB Core

Overview

Key Account Manager (Associate) on the Oil & Gas team at Paytm Payments Services, responsible for growing offline transactions and users through sales and distribution of Swipe machines (EDC) and managing Programs for Clients/Brands.

What you'll do

• Work with the business to understand and manage Programs being run for Clients/Brands.
• Help accelerate core growth metrics focusing on sales and distribution.
• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.
• Go to Merchants and educate them about the benefits of the Swipe machine (EDC), convert them, and manage their accounts.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in Distribution sales in fintech, Banking/Sales, or EDC Sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree or above.
• Should have a strong understanding of the local language.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication, presentation skills and relationship building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
