Overview

Account Manager for Microsoft Advertising at InMobi, managing search advertising on Microsoft’s Bing platform for corporate customers.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete management/transactions across Bing for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with Account Strategists and support the Account Management Head to meet customer satisfaction and revenue objectives.
• Own day-to-day account management for newly onboarded and existing customers, including campaign execution and coordination.
• Drive campaign-level optimizations and budget upsell opportunities aligned to client ROI goals.
• Educate clients on how Bing Ads platform features help reach business goals and execute on budgets.
• Handle timely customer escalations by leveraging Account Executive and internal partner network.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and service experience.
• Strong knowledge of internet advertising concepts including CPA, CPM, and CPC.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with a “can do” attitude within the sales process.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Bing Ads Certification.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis (e.g., V-Lookups and pivot tables).
