Account Manager- Myopia Management

Overview

Account Manager for ZEISS Vision Commercial Myopia Management (MM), driving MM business opportunities and partnerships at a national level.

What you'll do

• Identify and nurture MM business opportunities with relevant accounts.
• Deliver performance improvement solutions for unmet needs across MM accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational execution.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend future strategies.
• Lead and execute Myopia Management Partnership programs.
• Support business development activities (Partnerships/Strategic Alliances) related to MM.
• Coordinate roll-out of growth initiatives aligned to ZEISS MM in India and assist Vision commercial managers in finding MM opportunities.

What you'll need

• Have 6–10 years of experience in sales.
• Have experience managing at least two or more teams.
• Have 2+ years of experience in a senior position.
• Education: any graduation (B. Optom. preferred).
• Preferred education: MBA (Marketing/Sales).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in the Optical Industry.
• Management experience in Hospital Ecosystems and management of key stakeholders of premier institutes and retail stores (as described).
