Senior Health Care Executive

Overview

Senior Health Care Executive responsible for achieving sales budgets and executing field operations across a Delhi territory.

What you'll do

• Drive achievement of monthly and product-wise sales budgets for the assigned territory.
• Conduct sales analytics to identify stakeholders and areas for business growth.
• Plan and schedule doctor calls based on criticality toward sales targets.
• Visit chemists, wholesalers, and retailers to track sales and competitor activities.
• Book retailer orders to ensure adequate product availability and ensure POS material display.
• Prepare daily reports detailing calls to doctors’ clinics and hospitals.
• Forward adverse events and product complaints in the required format as per SOPs.

What you'll need

• Prior experience in sales execution and territory management (years not specified).
• Ability to plan calls, manage coverage plans, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Experience with sales forecasting/rolling sales plan input for district management (details not specified).
• Competence in one-to-one product detailing to doctors using approved information and materials.
• Ability to conduct presentations and promotional programs for doctors and chemists.
• Experience in coordinating inventory management and managing KOLs and key customers.
