Accounting & Reporting Analyst- Accounts Payable - 16

Overview

Accounting & Reporting Analyst (Accounts Payable) supports Accounts Payable and Credit activities by processing AP transactions accurately and timely, and performing reporting and controls-related tasks.

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable transactions with accurate tracking and timely completion.
• Perform AP activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Execute assigned analyses and reports and take appropriate action.
• Compile and support internal control over financial reporting compliance for applicable templates.
• Participate in internal control testing and prepare supporting documentation.
• Check invoices for compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements.
• Help keep stakeholders informed about progress and/or issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP and in the Accounts Payable domain.
• If you have a Master’s degree, 3-4 years of experience is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
