Sr. Associate - F&A - AP 5B

Overview

Sr. Associate for Finance & Accounting - Accounts Payable (AP) handling invoice processing, validation, payment release, and invoice issue follow-up.

What you'll do

• Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
• Validate invoice essentials including supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and invoice date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up on invoice issues via calls/emails or tickets per AP guidelines.
• Support process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operational guidelines.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Accounts Payable process knowledge and invoice payments experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Data literacy and reconciliations experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) and English language requirement.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Nice to have

• Accounts Payable certification (F-Tec / F-Tec).
• Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
