Accounts Receivable Analyst

Overview

Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst responsible for managing client accounts to support healthy cash flow and improve collections/billing processes.

What you'll do

• Follow billing procedures and ensure client billing postings are accurate and timely.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts receivables data and transactions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and maintain AR aging reporting.
• Initiate contact with internal parties and customers via email or call on AR invoices as needed.
• Maintain AR master data and accurate records for compliance and operations.
• Process refunds and write-offs as required upon approval.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Billing, Credit Control or Collection, Cash Application, and working with foreign customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and strong Excel knowledge.
• Good organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with an eye for recognizing errors and correcting them.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as the role reports into a leader in North America.
