Regional Sales Manager - Sheet North

Overview

Regional Sales Manager for the North India region responsible for driving business performance, executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and leading top-line growth, profitability, and collections.

What you'll do

• Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for North India.
• Drive sustainable top-line growth via channel partners and new business generation.
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Improve bottom-line profitability through pricing, product-mix optimization, and commercial discipline.
• Manage timely collections of accounts receivables against company targets.
• Lead negotiations with key customers and channel partners and convert discussions into outcomes.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in labels, packaging, printing, chemicals, materials, or related industry.
• Prior experience managing distributors/channel partners is essential.
• People-management/team-leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and sales performance management.
• Ability to use sales tools/CRM, pipeline management, and structured selling techniques including SPIN Selling.
• Strong negotiation and key-account management skills.

• Extensive travel across the North India region is required.
