Sales Executive for GT sales, focused on driving base sales, NPD, promotions, retailer visibility, and field KPIs.

What you'll do

• Optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions.
• Ensure visibility in retailers and deliver sales capabilities.
• Deliver field KPIs and meet annual objectives.
• Use merchandising techniques to ensure shelf availability and visual impact.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Manage placement and implementation of point of buying materials.
• Report on activities.

What you'll need

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
