Overview

Key Account Specialist for Facial Aesth, responsible for strategic payer/provider account analysis, engagement planning, and deal/tender contracting to support AbbVie’s product access and profit targets.

What you'll do

• Analyze payer/provider decision-making to articulate decision drivers and unmet needs to brand teams.
• Assess cross-functional impacts of anticipated payer/provider environment changes for IFTs and brand teams.
• Build trusted relationships with payers/providers to anticipate access barriers.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate on “win: win” partnerships to influence contracting and tendering.
• Develop account-specific engagement strategies with clear objectives and activities.
• Negotiate, close, sign deals and support or lead contracting/tendering and proposals.
• Track execution and measure key account impact to improve bottom-line performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent.
• Relevant sales or consultative selling experience in biotech/pharmaceutical.
• Ability to translate strategies into actionable, realistic engagement plans.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams (in-field).
• Ability to negotiate, close, and sign C&T deals with complex customer networks.
• Solid analytic, business planning, and financial acumen, including pharmaco-economic knowledge.
• Knowledge of payer/provider mindset, decision-making process, key stakeholders/influencers, and English proficiency for non-English countries.
