Overview

Own product delivery for Bill Payment Solutions by partnering with delivery teams and business stakeholders to bring customer-focused solutions to market.

What you'll do

• Maintain a balanced product backlog covering features, quality, and market timing.
• Influence delivery teams and the Bill Payment Solutions roadmap.
• Capture market, technical, and operational requirements for releases.
• Prioritize work and make scope and timing decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on functional decisions and project requirements.
• Report key issues and recommendations to product and technical leadership.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience; relevant work experience may substitute.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in financial services or software.
• At least 2 years of experience writing epics and features with acceptance criteria.
• At least 2 years of experience writing and presenting Market Requirements Documents.
• At least 2 years of experience managing dependencies across cross-functional release teams.
• At least 2 years of experience prioritizing product backlogs with enterprise Agile software.
• At least 2 years of project management and distributed-team collaboration experience.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience in a Scaled Agile environment.
