Overview

As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Associate, you will provide strategic advice and diligence support across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will review financial information, assess transaction data, identify patterns in financial performance, and help deliver insights that inform client decisions across deal activity.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial statements, earnings quality, cash flows, and working capital trends to identify deal issues and value drivers.
• Support due diligence procedures for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through review of financial information and supporting schedules.
• Gather data from management presentations, data rooms, and internal sources to help assess business performance and transaction risks.
• Prepare analysis of historical financial results, forecast assumptions, and key balance sheet accounts.
• Develop clear workpapers and summaries that capture findings for senior review.
• Apply financial modeling, business valuation, and corporate finance concepts to transaction support tasks.
• Collaborate with team members across deal phases while adapting to changing client needs and transaction timelines.
• Build commercial awareness through research on industry trends, transaction dynamics, and financial reporting matters.
• Focus on learning and contributing through project tasks, adapt to a variety of client situations, build knowledge by asking questions, take ownership, and deliver dependable work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need

• CA with 1+ year of experience post CA.
